I've put off getting a pair of binoculars for too long.

I figured I'd take the plunge on a pair of Steiner's some day.  I ran across of a pair of East German's (Zeiss 7x40's) at the WAC and the clarity was unbelievable.  I passed, but it got me to thinking I need to research this some more.

Anyone have some good links to reviews for hunting glass or personal experience they want to share?

I just bought a mint pair of 7x50 Zeiss Jena Binoctem's  :)  these are an amazing bino, can find them used for $100-150....compare to $1000 binos

I also have Stiener Mil/marine 7x50's

and 8x30's

all good stuff
