No injured party, no complaint filed No clear and present danger to the community.
Injured party, complaint filed clear and present danger to the community with a history to reoffend. The first instance the state can only make money if they lock him up for a while, the second the state can make more money by only locking it up for a little while with a 100% more cases pending in the future. That is a short and over-simplified explanation, to go inot detail with documentation for exactly how and why takes thousands of pages of information. The real problem with the injustice system is the people do not know how the system works much less how to fix it. How many times have you read about violent criminals walking free while people that have not injured anyone are locked up for years or life ? |

Well Tweak was one of them evil gun owners that needs to rot in prison for owning a gun. The molester is a sick man and we need to help him find a cure!  The only cure he needs is a shiv through the ribs.

How about enforcing the constitution in the spirit in which it is intended ? existing law in other words How about a trial by jury of one's peers and instead of people with zero common sense that swear under oath to follow the instructions of the judge but judge both the facts and the law as stated in the supreme law of the land ? Hold the office holders to their sworn oath of office ? |

Coercion is a violation of constitutional law, because innocent parties could be coerced he tried to spare them the pain, another reason why we need a jury of peers and not the current system with incompetent jurors. In Tweaks case there was no chance of a jury of peers, part of impaneling a jury is the question process to eliminate prejudice jurors. |

Just for the sake of facts, what exactly were the details of the child molestation charges. I have heard of divorced husbands getting reamed by ex wives based on nothing but stories that were likely bullshit. Not trying to start something here just sceptical without more info.

Married...Daughter and Daughter's friend came forward.....He plead GUILTY to all 3 counts. People who talked to him after the charges were filed confirmed that he admits to doing it, blames it on some event that happened to him when he was younger...... He plead guilty to THREE counts of CHILD MOLESTATION IN THE FIRST DEGREE 9A.44.083 |

We bought our house from a guy that got caught for molesting a neighbor, and putting pictures of her up on the internet. The evidence was everywhere. Shithead plead guilty, the judge gave him 13 years (not enough, still).
The Injustice system may have been able to make some money off the short sentence rapist, but that doesn't explain why the one I'm talking about gets a baker's dozen, loses his home, his job, his family's reputuation in our community, and, in a small part, around the world (corprate trainer for a very large electronics maufacturer travelling all over the world). Blanket statements about the system's failure don't seem to explain that one, nope. It all still sucks. Recidivism is high with child rapists.
