Per the gal at Quantico Arms who laughed when she heard about some people showing up when they were closed even though their hours were posted:
Quantico Arms will be closed New Years Day I say again for the aged and hard of hearing Quantico Arms will be closed New Years Day That is all.

Yes, but what about tomorrow--i.e. New Year's Eve? Last week QA was closed on Saturday the 24th (Christmas Eve) which was my only day to go up there (just like tomorrow will be about my only day to go up there for a loooooong time).
