When I go to pick up my SEBR, I will have to fill out a Form 4473, correct? I say yes.
Will I have to undergo a waiting period for the AR??? I didnt have to wait a "waitning" period for a bolt gun (which is more deadly than an AR   )Or a 10/22  thanks for any help |

there is no waiting period, unless your NICS check is pended. |

The only waiting period in Wa state is for handguns if you don't have a CPL
