None in stock but they are expecting some soon (next week?) |
My life is turning into living hell. Get my C&R, SA is introducing an XD in .45ACP and now there's a "local" place to buy AR goodies!!!!!
Hmmm, I was in there earlier today (around 12:30PM or 1PM) and they didn't have ANY 5.11 stuff up. They had the racks for it, but nothing out for sale. We asked and he said it hadn't arrived yet.
Also, I wouldn't say there was a lot of LMT or GG&G stuff. He had some stuff out, but not what I would consider "a lot." They do have a ton of Blackhawk and Spectre gear up already. The place is pretty big, and they have plans for a class room in the back. The idea being product reps would come in and demonstrate their gear. I think once they are up and running at full speed, it will be a great shop. Plus, it is just a few doors down from Tactical Tailor, so you can get an uber-gear fix in almost one stop shopping! Korean lady's surplus isn't too much futher down either. Today's tally? Tactical Tailor - $210 (they are having a 40% sale on quite a bit of gear right now!) Quantico Arms - $28 (quick clot and a compression dressing) Korean Lady - zip, but my friend did score some HK M16 mags and some Wiley-X glasses. I'd say give them a week or so to get more stuff in. The 25% sale does run through the end of the month. |
I would echo what you said.
but who is this Korean lady? a forgot TT as down the road.......I don't venture into that part of town very often.......this was the 1st time in 4-5 years prolly.

Hi All:
The shop hours are 11-7 seven days a week. Inventory is arriving daily. Surefire will arrive next week, as will 5.11. Not sure when EoTechs will arrive. The shop is 4,000sqft. We are a Glock, Springfield Armory and HK LE distributor. As noted earlier in this thread, we don't yet have a FFL for this location. If you haven't tried the Robertson Farms beef jerky, you should! Dave Hensley |
Well I definately know you will be giving TT some competition as well as LEEDS in Tacoma.
A nice big shop and a good location. Thanks for the opening sale prices. I picked up an LMT BUIS and a couple charging handles at a great price. I'm sure to make it down there again. Good luck with the opening and next couple weeks, Im sure you will do great. |
<<Surefire will arrive next week>>
w00t! Been thinking about a 6P, Z2 or C2. Trey |
Those are great hours. I hope you can maintain them, especially on Sunday.
No kidding! While we were there (20 minutes or so) FedEx showed up with a couple of boxes. I will say that the selection of some of the stuff already up was very impressive. TONS of selection of Blackhawk, Spectre (formerly CQB Solutions) and Camelbak.
Being an LE dealer, does that mean you will still be able to offer good prices to civvies? Or does that just mean you can offer exceptional deals to LE? Also, when you get the FFL, will you be accepting transfers of firearms? As in, someone buys something off the internet, etc. and then needs an FFL to receive it.
RATS! I forgot to ask for a sample or buy some. I guess I'll have to go back. BUT, you guys are in Oberto country (local jerky company.) But a good beef jerky is always appreciated. |

Pricing on Weapons: It depends on the line. Some we will be able to offer great deals to non-LE/military, some we will not be able to...Yes, we will do transfers.
As for Oberto. I did not realize that was made in WA. It is the brand sold in the Marine Corps Exchange. I have eaten TONS of it. Robertston Farms is the hometown favorite of my wife and I. Speaking of wife, here is a picture of the owner of the company sitting in her office chair. |
I think I will stop by tomorrow to check out the beef jerky. I also did not know Oberto was based in Kent. I knew they had an outlet in Albany, OR, where you could get jerky at wonderful prices ... but didn't know they were based up here.
I will also check out other toys while I'm in there. I have a question about the LE/Mil thing ... does that mean you give great prices to LE/Mil purchasing for personal use, or only for unit/organizational purchases? |
We drove by today at about 4:30PM. It looked like you were closed, with the lights closest to the street off and no signage. It looked like there was a few people in there working on setting up displays, but didn't look like you were open for business.
I guess I'll try again next week. It'd be nice to peek around and see what you're all about! |
I'll have to try and get out there tomorr...um today. No money, but I can take a look and drool over stuff I want but can't afford right now.
Might have to make the drive down and check out. Probably could find something I need
You're too highspeed |
I stopped in today ... and totally forgot to ask about the beef jerky!
I guess I'll have to go by another day, then. |
I went to Quantico Arms today, and MAN you guys really need to take advantage of the discount, Doyle was great to work with. If you ever wanted a pelican case...
Are you guys just trying to make me drive the 110 miles to get there?! On the bright side it should only take 2 hours if there isn't any traffic.
Does quantico arms have surefire stuff in yet?
Also, how's the selection at TT? I'm looking for a knife pouch and the tactical 1B vest in od... |
Surefire will be in THIS WEEK...as will the 5.11. We will post when it arrives.
As for being "sparse"...It takes ALOT of stuff to fill a 4,000sqft store. And, as mentioned before it is still very much a work in progress and will be for several more weeks. We received our Strider knives on Friday. You will NEVER see prices like this on Strider knives...
Well, the comment about it looking sparse wasn't supposed to be a bad one ... just an observation that you had a lot of room that looked like you were still gonna fill.
I say extend the sale for a special arfcom day on Jan 7th right before the get together. Mostly because I dont think I can get down there by the end of this year |
Point taken. My comment was more along the lines that it AMAZING how much "stuff" a 4,000sqft store holds! You can receive, price and hand stuff for WEEKS and still look like you're going out of business!
Surefire, Magpul and 5.11 arrived today.
Magpul received and hung up. Surefire will be out tomorrow. 5.11 will take a few days to process. |
Selection is good, I saw both of those items in their store recently. |
EVERYTHING for Lefties. I am left-handed and FIRE managers who run out of left handed stuff!
BTW, here's our owner's holiday greeting
Went by today...Guy said he recieved 50+ boxes and were unpacking as I looked around. He yet again insisted that he won't be selling any NVG Eotechs to civies (for those of you looking to buy them). He's still looking for some help in the shop (somebody that knows something about the gear they sell).
Can't wait until they have the place completely stocked. I'm curious how they are going to fill it. |
Are you driving? Is he going to be open?? Will PCR be BBQing afterwards??? |
Christmas Eve? Roadtrip? Bunny? Tumbleweed? Simple? |
Car pool on Saturday? |
Let's go. |
