Fauker and I just butchered a steer in OCT. so I will bring Hamburger Say 7 or so packages I don't mind sharing we are butchering another in January

OH! and of course you will be seeing my rack again, TO COOK ON!!!!

And yes I will be bringing FIREBALL!!!!!!!

WRF                          ground beef & FIREBALL

Spyda                      Chopped tomatos, onions, lettuce, peppers, shredded cheeses, and taco shells
      Anybody want to help with these?????

I've got a 7' folding table WRF, what'cha think about a taco-bar? Chopped tomatos, onions, lettuce, peppers, shredded cheeses, and taco shells with some of your fresh meat for a make-it-yourself buffet? Mumm, now I'm hungry.

You didn't name the steer did you?????







and don't worry about bring any fireball for me, January is just too damn cold for me to be outside, much less outside CAMPING!

Yes we had two steers, named one Butch and the other Ered



and don't worry about bring any fireball for me, January is just too damn cold for me to be outside, much less outside CAMPING!

Cool! One of my favorite parts of CAS is the chuck wagon's dutch oven line. Stews smell even better outside with some gunsmoke in the air. Those guys dig a ditch and fill it with coals. then lay down some grills and put the ovens on top. They refill the coals as needed. Yum.
