My parents (and my home of record) are located off of 140th ST CT E on south hill. My parents are out of puyallup's city limits so the Pierce County Sheriff is our police. Since they are our police, they would have to sign off on my Form 4 that I need for my silencer,

anyone know if I have a chance?

That cant be a location...

You can not live on 140th Street Court East

It is 140th Street East, or 140th Court East..

Pierce County has many such street courts. It's a street that is sectioned off to create a neighborhood.

I see that type of address all the time.

Like a Cul-De-Sac?

So you are telling me you could have a address of   14800 38th Street Court West?

I guess Im trying to say, how is it addressed, off the Street, or off the Court?...

I can see it as a Cross street....   148th street/38th court

Do you have to go to the agency of your jurisdiction for a form 4 apporval? I'm assuming so.

Also, are they not obligated to approve? (Like shall-issue w/CPL's if criteria are met)

When I asked the Pierce County Sherriff's Office about it three years ago, they wouldn't even discuss it. Not even a little-- not even to tell me why they wouldn't discuss it. I guess I should look deeper into the LLC idea.

BTW-- I live on an Ave Ct E. It ends in a culdesac, but is not a culdesac itself. There are some out here (Roy Y area) which are being used as substitute thoroughfares while the main drags are being torn up (most of them, most of the time).

My parents live not far from there.  How do you like that smell in the summer time? (chicken farm)

What kind of options are available as a limited liability corp. that you don't have as an individual in regards to Form 4's?

No kidding...

If you were some little kid, or did not know where you were You would be f'd...Must be a nightmare for aid/fire and Police guys also...

That just breaks all the rules for addressing...

In general (that has been proven wrong to me thanks to you guys down south)

Drives and Avenue's run North and South

Streets and places run East and West

Address's on the North and East side of the roadway are never even numbers..

Courts, and ways are whatever works...

Cul-de-sacs are just whatever they are attached to ..

Thanks for the lesson on your neck of the woods.

Y’all just making it too difficult!!!

The Court designation is for streets that are between the Streets and Avenues on the grid. What it really means is that there is too damn much construction going on!!! I used to live on 120th St. Ct. E. now I live on 107th Ave. Ct. E. you still get to use the Street and Avenue designations. I’ve had people from out of state try to figure out some of the house numbers, 12710 or 11808, and not being able to understand the it was 127th and 118th and not 12th and 11th. I guess sooner or later South Hill will have 710 or 808 house numbers the way they are cramming them in on the lots. There ya go – 100106 136th St. Ct. Pl. E., the dumpster at Ruby Tuesdays.  he

The LLC is the way around the LEO sign off issue. (I'm not a Lawyer, but I do live near a Holiday Inn Express)

Suppressor and Go Inc., LLC

Anybody have information on this, and with this LLC are there any other exceptions to things? SBR's...AOW...etc?

Thats only in Snohomish County.

In King County N & E are even numbers.

And in my Hometown.

And in every city and state I have ever lived in throughout my life.
