Got my new tabs - AR15.COM

I received the new tabs for my trailer today, and found that there is a damn monorail printed on them! This must be part of a way to verify that I have paid my hard earned money to subsidize the liberal F$*&-heads in my city who want nothing more than to tax & spend. In looking at what I paid, $30 was for the trailer, and $15 was to pay for all the damn projects! I can just see them down at City Hall:

“How much should we charge him?”

“I don’t know, how about half again as much as we are already charging him.”

If they bend me over any further, I’ll be behind myself! Hell, next we are going to have to pay for that damn toy trolley line for Paul Allen.

Montana keeps looking more and more attractive!!!

I know what you mean, I paid more in taxes than I did for my tabs last month for my truck. My trailer comes due this month and they are 40.25

My ATV's were always $8.00.
All of a sudden, with no explanation, they are $27.00.
For what?

I live in Kingston-I better not be paying for the Monorail.
I think my tabs went up because they do whatever they want.

We just bought a new jeep. Watching all the hard-earned price cut disappear as soon as the tax and license were added really scalds my ass.

$35 tabs my ass.

I just got my ATV registration and tags yesterday.
Here's the fee breakdown:
Filing-$7.00
Subagent-$8.50
License service-$0.75
Other-$30.50
total: 46.75

WTF is "other"? Couldn't they fit " we want more money so we're going to take it and not tell you what it's for?"

I was told by my local licensing agent that I would have to go to the wa.gov site to find out what the "other" charge is.
Of course, nowhere on the website do they tell you what the "other" is.
It really frosts my ass - we have 5 atv's. My tabs used to be $8 BUCKS!

In Eastern Washington we consider ATV farm equipment, no fees and no bs.

They only have to be licensed if they are used on public properties. I doubt it's any different in eastern Wa.
