Naw, just was bored to tears sitting here watching the "Dora the Explorer" marathon my wife and 2yo had on. Figured "What the hell", and just did it.

My wife went to a Party Light candle party at her sisters at 1800, I got the kids ( 3 yo fem, and 1.5 yo male) we have been watching Dora, Jimmy Nutron, and Lelo & Stitch....I put the kids in bed at 2300 ( Hey mom is out late!). just before bed I busted out the elcheapo mock Airsoft M-4 for a little full auto Carebear hunting with my baby girl!....She is a animal!  and I get to pick up a couple hundred B.B.'s before mom gets home...I feel your pain...

how long does that take LGB? I'm going from McCleary to Tacoma daily and it's right at 48 minutes one way. |

Just started Wednesday. Averaging 2 hours each way. 1 hr from Mill Creek to Fauntleroy ferry, ~ 45 minutes for the ferry which stops at Vashon on the way, and then 15 minutes from Southworth to the office. About the same in reverse. I think 90-100 minutes is possible if everything goes right. Also tried the Edmonds/Kingston ferry route, its about the same in time, a longer drive I think. Oddly enough, traffic on the roads so far isn't bad, its getting synched up with the ferry schedule thats hard.
I'm discussing some serious use of flex-time and working from home with the boss... |
