There is a new guy in Snohomish that is tooling up to make his new lowers, I think it is going to be called S and S...I talked to him at the last monroe show, but I dont remmember his name, I think NWRed got his card?

They've been making A3 uppers from a few years. The quality of their uppers was fantastic, so I'd be excited about lowers.

Different outfit then who you're thinking of Stokes. I stopped by and talked to Devin, the owner today. He's going to thread some barrels for me and showed me a lower he was delivering to a customer. Looked nice, nothing out of the ordinary but marked "SNS Snohomish WA". Gonna inquire about custom serial numbers when I see him this weekend. Current pricing is $100 for a stripped lower and undetermined lower prices for 10+. The lower I saw was #5XX, so he's made a few apparently. Possibly other firearms in the coming future but nothing firm right now. HTH
