If you sent a rifle out to be bedded and it came back 10+ weeks later after being told it would be two to three weeks at most would you be mad if you found out they also put some kind of ceramic coating on the rifle up to and including the bolt face you paid another smith to true, as well as the bolt lugs you paid another smith to lap to a mirror finish? and then you took a close look at the finish and saw it looked like crap! when i lock the bolt into battery it sounds like there is sand in the action. what do you guys think! p.s. they "coated" the rifle thinking they were being nice for all the lies about when the rifle would be finished as well as when it would be shipped.
