I posted this last night but can't seem to find it now.

There was talk about a pre-summer shoot over on Pre-Ban. Anyone interseted in another shoot/camp out? I think that the dates were the weekend of May 21st.

I know that I would be up for it.

Update- Looks like we are going to have the shoot/camp out the weekend of May 21st at the Pit.

Pre-Summer shoot has been Canceled due to lack of interest and others having plans already.

Check out 2WP's thread on different days in June for the shoot.

I would most likely be in. How about the weekend of the 14th instead though? That would give a buffer weekend before Memorial Day weekend. Anyone else have any suggestions. What is the 1GR's schedule looking like?

either weekend should work for me, but it needs to be decided which one so i can ask for it off. would need to know by the middle of this week to get the weekend of may 14th off.

It doesn't really matter to me. I have taken Friday the 21st off already. I can see if I can switch it to the 14th if that is better for everyone.

I don't go to pre-ban very often, and didn't go read the thread. It was only a suggestion. I didn't know it was already set up for the 21st. Did the LCR's post over there? I think we should at least wait for them to provide some input. Where's that OdT guy? Vader might as well be an LCR also, since that is the only place I ever see him.

I don't think there has been a date set yet. Last that I saw over on PreBan was just talk about a shoot and a suggestion on the weekend of the 21st. Once I saw that someone suggestd a date I put in for it at work just in case. I am open as long as its not Memorial Day weekend.

If we are going to do something though we will need to decide on a date soon since May is already soon upon us.

Hmm May 15th-16th I'll be fishing for Halibut out in the Ocean and the following weekend is my birthday weekend. I think i'm going to an M's game on Sunday. I would imagine people might need a little more time to plan it out.

Puyallup has a show May 15-16. I'm up for another shoot and I'm OK with shooting up Tweak's place or 1Gunrunner's truck, either way.

Here lets make this easy.

We have the following suggestions:

May 14th thru May 16th
May 21st thru May 23rd

Location:

Pit
Tweaks (where ever that is)

I hate to seem like this is being rushed but if we don't decide on the above two items soon it won't give people a chance to get time off of work, free up schedules etc. These dates are just a little over 2 weeks and 3 weeks away.

No Go, for the 14th weekend....that's a gun show weekend. It works out a lot better if we have a shoot the following weekend of the gun show.......that way we can stock up and what not....

Hey now, Im an ex-LCR now. I no longer live there. If you guys would come alittle closer to olympia for the get togethers I would come out more often. Its tough to make it to Seattle for a meet on an hour notice.

21st at the Pit it is. We will be at the Pit late afternoon on Friday. Anyone else coming up Friday? Looks like only a handfull of people will be able to attend. But anyone who can make it come on up.

It's somewhere between I-5 and the Pacific Ocean.

Seriously, if you wish to go, there is a meet up spot at the park 'n ride at exit 77. Saturday at 9AM is usually the time to be there if you are just going down for that day. Let me know if you want to carpool or caravan. I'm pretty much on your way. I haven't decided if I'm going to camp out or not though but let me know what you are thinking and I can probably just drive down at the same time.

Who is going to attend? If there isn't going to be but a couple of people that is going to make it we might as well cancel the pre-summer shoot and wait for the summer shoot.

Anyone have dates in mind for the summer shoot? How about August? Most of the OB/GYN appointments should be done and over with around then.

Anyone have any ideas?
