woohoo. awesome day at the range. some cool guys there that i let shoot my rockisland 1903 and mosin nagant 91/30. after a bit the guy taught me how to use the military sling for offhand shots then brought over his 1883 (i think) trapdoor carbine. he let me fire his last 3 reloads! 405grain bullets with 15grains of smokelss behind them. he used toilet paper for wadding to keep the powder compacted. ck was like "hoyl shit did you see all that paper!" i ended up shooting more through my two bolt actions than through my AR now i just need to order bulk 7.62x54r ammo!
