Anyone know the rules in PA on burning/burying trash on private property?

I'm curious about both recurring residential waste and also with regard to demolishing a dilapidated residential structure.

Don’t know, but I do know that many municipalities have different specific regulations.  I know of 5 areas within 10 minutes of me, all 5 have different rules.  One you can’t burn trash, one you can only burn during certain times, one you can’t burn on sundays, etc…  so I’d start with your township/city/whatever regulations first.
