If I buy a gun from a gun store and the approval doesn’t come back before they close for the day I would normally return the next day and pick up firearm once I’m sure I’m approved.

If for some reason I can’t get back for a couple days how long is the approval valid?
I thought I heard that after 5 business days I would have to be  reapproved but can’t find anything specific online.

I had that happen a few weeks ago.  It got approved and I got over there a few days later.  They do another quick check which took about ten  minutes and all was good, got my stuff and left with it.

Not sure, but I know from experience if you get approved when buying, you can go back and buy another for 24 hours without another check.
