Well getting the boot. Landlord wants to sell. Need to find new home for me and my little beagle. Anyone know of anything in the $800 to $1000 range?

I wish you luck. Prices of homes are through the roof. Getting ready to sell ours at what should be a healthy profit and move out towards central PA

Thanks. Well fuck it. Gonna try and push for an FHA for the house I'm in. Been home for five years so why not.

Honestly prob the best option if you can make it work. FHA has a low down payment and buying is better than renting in most circumstances.
