I'm going to PA to purchase a truck this month. Usually when I go out of state to pick up a new vehicle it's from a dealership and they issue temporary tags right there.

From what I can see I can have a notary nearby issue them after I get the title.

Does anyone know exactly what will be required for them. I am buying a fleet owned vehicle, so I'm not sure how the seller would get it notarized as it will likely ship from an outside location to where the vehicle is when I pick it up.
