Looking for a good gun smith in Chester County to do some custom work on my AR's.  I want to have the upper receivers cut to accept a side charging handle and have the BCG drilled and tapped for said side charging handle.  The only gun smith in the area that I can find is Bob Ricci, but I can find little info on what kind of work he does ( as far as both the quality of work and the type of custom work he may do).  Anyone know anything about him or know of someone else in the area who can do this kind of work?
