ftf transfers (w/o ffl, what i presume you mean by no paperwork)) only valid for pa residents to pa resident. |

For a long gun, you can go through a PA FFL. The NJ resident is supposed to have a Nj Cert of eligibility, which can be easily downloaded. make him go to your PA FFL....not you going to NJ. Handguns must go through a Nj FFL, but long guns and shotguns can transfer through a PA FFL.
