state gamelands 206 in luzerne county is the only one i know closest to you.

There is a range in Factoryville that shoots IPSC 2nd Sunday of every month.  Here is the info from the USPSA site.  You may want to contact this guy.
FACTORYVILLE SPORTSMAN'S CLUB
 Located in Factoryville. Shoots on the second Sunday of the month.

I was up in Tunkhannock for work once, and let me say how much I envy you.  BEAUTIFUL land.  I'm not sure you'd have much trouble finding an informal range, by the looks of how much land is available.   In fact, the impression i got was that if you just put an NRA sticker on your vehicle, someone will probably invite you to their home to shoot before long.
