Welcome to the club...glad to finally see another Franklin County boy here. I sure wish I could help out with a range. My father-in-law and I have been talking about buying some type of .50, but other than the cost was the simple question of where the hell to shoot it.

I heard rumors last year when I was at the State Service Rifle Championships in western Pa that some range was in the works that was going to be 1000yds+ and built by/for .50 cal shooters. I am not sure if it ever got past the planning stages, but there was talk of a 2000 yd target too. I wish I had listend closer to the conversation as i really can not remember the details.
