Rifle sales in PA

Im a PA resident, if I sold a rifle to another PA resident do we have to go to a gun shop to do a transfer like I would have to with a pistol? Thanks!

If you don't know the person your selling to its a good idea to copy his DL information down . Just to cover yourself if anything were to happen later on .

+1 on that. The last thing you need is to sell to an unknown only to have them go on a rampage months later with a rifle registered to you.
