I've started to seriously consider the idea of incorporating to lessen the hassle of registering NFA items.  Sure, I have to file paperwork and pay taxes each year to keep the corp going, but in return I don't have to get a CLEO signoff, deal with fingerprints or photos, and the processing time is drastically speeded up.

Anyone else here have advice on incorporating in PA?  I've been looking over the openforbusiness website.  How's incorporation worked out for you?  Worth the time?  What type of corporation did you register as?
