I'm from the Far Northeast around Grant & the Blvd. I'm looking for people in the area that may want to get together to shoot. Hopefully I can get the chance to learn more from others.

Also I'm trying to find a sponsor to get into the Holmesburg Fish & Game club.

I wouldn't bother joining the Holmesburg club. You are only allowed to load ONE round at a time in your rifle. Besides that the indoor pistol range is lead bullets only. I shoot skeet and trap there sometimes because it is convienient, but I'd never even think about joining. Join Langhorne Rod and Gun. 200yd rifle range, $150 to join, indoor and outdoor pistol, archery range, and you don't need a sponser.

I live just about 5 minutes from you and as close as Holmesburg is it would be a great place to shoot except for thier stupid rules. I had a friend that was a member and when they implemented that one round rule he dropped out. It was great going there to shoot with him.
With only one round allowed it takes all the fun out of shooting. They only want the deer & duck hunters. Screw Them!

You dont NEED one. But, if you dont have one, you have to pay your fee, then wait a month before your membership starts. I know, it just happened to me. If I had a sponser, I would have my membership now.
