I have a family member who is getting sudden sneezing fits on some days, not others.

Worse, sometimes they are fine when the generic allergy index says it is high. And they are having sneezing fits and the sniffles,  like today, when the generic index says things are OK.

Is there a website that breaks down and lists the allergens in the air of Phoenix area?

Useless 10 second to read click-bait sites are; useless.

I've only ever found sites that list what allergens could be present on a seasonal basis. Never seen one that gives a day-by-day actual report, that gets any more specific than just saying "grass, tree, or weed pollen".  Data for something like that would also be very localized, I would think.

True.

Just hoping someone lists exactly what was elevated or low.

Even city wide would be a great help.

Have them tested.  My wife was miserable.  They found that she was allergic to almost everything in the air.  She has regular allergy shots now and is tolerating the environment much better.

Allergy shots seem to improve things for only about half of those that take them.

I get by with one Allegra a day.

I've never found an accurate one for allergens. Some of them test once a week and use the results for the entire state.

AZDEQ is solid on particulate pollution, though, that's nearly realtime and you can look up the monitoring stations locations.
