If the two props were over-sized, on the wings, whether facing forward or horizontal, it was probably an Osprey.  Just PJs out for a joyride.

WEFT is just a way of identifying flugzeugs.

Aircraft recognition classes are updated monthly, especially when we go to a different third world shithole to shoot shit.  Some of those turdholes still use shit from the 50s.
