It's been around for a while, but just recently I've been seeing leo specifically setting up to stop drivers for not moving over.   I've seen local pd with someone pulled over, and a deputy sitting in front of those vehicles.  I moved over as I always do law, or not. The guy behind me didn't move over, and the deputy lit him up.
I've seen this about 5 times now.  No big deal really. I've just never seen it actively enforced.

Yes. Slow down if you can't pull to the left.

Hopefully more people become aware of it. On many occasions I've had drivers come from the left lane into the right lane as they passed me on the side of the highway.

In what area ?

I drive a round trip from Phoenix to Tucson 2-4 times a week and would love to see it enforced once in a while on the I-10.

I used to do this a lot, great way to spread awareness of the law (and common sense road safety). I've only written it twice, typically people are very receptive to the reasons for the law. It's been expanded from just emergency vehicles to broken down or otherwise stationary vehicles as well, ARS 28-775.e.1.
