The main issue is I'm mildly retarded and don't know where the choke is/works. They've all been sitting and probably just need to have shit-gas cleaned out of the lines/carbs. I mostly just want someone to show me how all the stuff works.

Not that its much help, but a company in tucson named Piston Power specialized in these motors, not sure if they are still around or not. If they are, i would guess the owner may have a contact for you up in the Phx area.
