I'm looking for a shop (or someone who know what they are doing) to perm attach a BC 1.5 to my 14.5"middy. Any suggestions or people you have been happy with?

Arizona is a might big place. You may want to specify what part of the state you are in.
Southeast Valley I would use AZEX.
Northeast Valley American Spirit Arms
West Side Arizona Armory
As for the rest of the state, I couldn't tell you but there are plenty of people here who can help out.

if you don't mind the Brazing process (supper high heat solder) I went to Caswells their gun smith did it for 30 bucks

Even with the shipping time to them and back it has always been faster than when done locally.

ADCO. Don't think about it just do it if you want the best turn around time and quality. I swear Steve over there never sleeps or he sleeps in the machine shop on a bed of shavings.

I agree. Adco is pretty bad ass. They stripped a factory pinned compensator off a colt for me and perm attached a new FH that I got from them... looks incredible, did a 100% perfect job. Not too mention, i was in a time crunch for some training and they met my 'demands'....
