This may be somewhat off topic, but you guys generally know the most obscure things, so it's worth a shot.

I need to find a Honda certified mechanic who can look at my bike and the parts I received and write a letter stating their findings. Since this is pertaining to a criminal fraud complaint, I do need to be there when this work is done to witness the disassembly of my bike and take pictures. I need a mechanic who can accomodate these requirements.

Any recommendations anywhere reasonably close to Phoenix would be greatly appreciated.
