Greetings from the PRK!
At the Dec 4/5/6 show, the non ffl sellers had "AZ drivers license required". Is this a new AZ state law? I was at a Crossroads show at the fairgounds about 5-6 years ago, and did not see this. A gunshow without beer sales? WTF? Other than that, the show rocked!

no...it's a smart idea to cover your ass. Private sales of firearms to residents of other states is illegal. BATF has busted people at the Phoenix shows for selling to non-residents before. |

Yeah, this one was up here in Tucson.  Don't worry. You didn't miss anything spectacular. It was a show though and we're trying to keep the fire burning. Got a DPMS stripped lower anyway. Gotta keep building them up. |

yeah the show today was tiny alot of empty tables.
atleast I swapped what I wanted for more then I expected. came home 3 guns to trade/sell and came home with 3 new ones. |

A valid AZ ID will also suffice in lieu of a driver's license. It is not a requirement to be a licensed driver in order to buy a firearm. |
