Any hints as to where to go shooting in the campverde/Cottonwood area???

If you are in Cottonwood, leave town heading east on 260. There's an area on the left right after you leave civilization. If you get to GMC dealer, you missed it by a mile or two.

In Camp Verde, we shoot just off of Oasis Road. Come into CV on 260, go past the McD's and such. Stay on the new bypass (still260) until you see the exit for General Crook. Go about 1/4 mile and the next right is Oasis. When you come around the corner on Oasis, look straight ahead. You'll see a large black area where they recycle pavement. At the bottom of the hill you'll see the dirt entrance. You can actually see the area when you are coming into the valley on 17, if you look way to the right.

I usually shoot in CV either Sat or Sun  morning, if you see a red Dodge Power Wagon, stop over.
