OK I have a friend (really, she is a close friend) that has lost a 2nd job due to a DUI arrest and conviction two and a half years ago. Is she eligible for an expungement? She is in social work and cannot get insured by employers' insurance companies. Is she screwed or is there a remedy she can pursue? Thanks guys! If anyone has been through this experience and would prefer to IM me, please feel free to do so!

May I suggest she contact a DUI attorney?
