I noticed that TX allows for a tax refund on the TX state taxes paid on gasoline when the gas is used for an off-highway use.  I discovered this in reference to jetskis (major gas hogs).

So my question is, does AZ have anything like this and I've simply missed it somehow??  I'd think I would have been aware of this if AZ had a similar program, but with gas prices like they are I figure it's worth investigating to be sure...
