Too sad that the neighbor had to die before they killed the fellow.

He apparently took the gun away from the good samaritan guy. Do not add a gun into a confontation unless you are 110% willing to pull the trigger.  My dad talked to his dad. Apparently he was determined to not go back to jail. While he was in, he apparently was in solitary the entire time due to the fact that he was ex-le (Border Patrol). |
