Starts @ 8AM but if you show before 9AM you should be fine. Cost is $9 + $1 for each additional run through a stage (if you want to shoot them more than once) Two shotgun stages, one with slugs hits requireed One CQB Rifle Stage One Long Range Rifle Stage (max range is 300 yards) 100 rounds of rifle, 100 shot shells, and 10 slugs should get you through the match....extra ammo never hurts. All you need is a functional rifle and shotgun to shoot this....some way to carry at least 2 extra mags, and extra shot shells helps. If you're new and need help, or don't want to get squadded with some assholes find the Cav Arms crew there and tag a long with us.  JUST GOT WORD THAT THE MATCH IS CANCELLED FOR TOMORROW "TOO COLD AND WET" IS THE REASON......LAME! |

Have they been known to cancel a match due to rain? I'm only asking because the Tuesday night steel match was cancelled last night due to rain. Of course I found out after the 30 minute drive out there.

Weather report this morning calls for rain late Friday, possibly into early Saturday morning. No worries -- there's enough old brass and gravel in the ground there that we shouldn't have a problem with mud.

Buncha limp dicks, thank God we will never have to fight in wet/cold conditions! And heaven forbid that the weather report is anything but picnic skys. It's good tho, went out with RoboDolble, and Pacho66 form some great practice. |
