Fine. No harm intended in my other thread. I just wanted to know what this mysterious 4-letter word was that was getting threads locked, especially since it seemed to be an AZ/NM thing. The fact that I used a little Spanish in my post was dumb luck. At least the thread lasted long enough for someone to give me a definition.

Only problem is, the definition given is incorrect.
It appears that some think it's a racist statement when it's not. A definition was given by a couple of LEOs, including a INS officer as to what it means.
The sound is the same regardless of what race is involved. Unless there is a tone change due to thickness of some skulls.

I'm not going to spend a bunch of time debating this, but the context it was used in here was as a derogatory term towards hispanics in general i.e. Derek's references to hispanics getting their pregnant wives to wash cars, I doubt that Derek knew those pregnant car washing women were illegals, he just knew they were hispanic-it was a use of the term as comment about hispanics in general as was his second use of the term about some guy in California who was arrested. You can spend another 8 pages complaining/whining about it but I don't foresee a change.

Then your powers are not being put to use very well! Our cops don't seem to be able to tell the legals from illegals from looking at them, hell I can't tell either I've represented plenty of both legal immigrants from Mexico (and others, Columbians etc etc) and illegal ones over the past 10 years.

Something to look into you know, the latest band of feds that just got moved to my town are buying some pretty nice houses.
