You're closer to the Mexican border and therefore have a higher concentration of unwashed 3rd world masses seeking government handouts. The damn ex-union AARP driving Winnebagos at 15 mph in the left lane with the right blinker on "Gimme my free healthcare/prescriptions" crowd doesn't help either. |
