A question for the great AR15 knowledge base...

Does anyone know of a 'non-competitive' TKD school in Phoenix (pref. East Valley)?

My GF came from one (Something like HMD?) in IL, and would like to get back into it, but can't stand the 'competitive' schools.

Any advice?

Sorry I can't be of much help here. I haven't trained since I lived in CA. I studied Tang Soo Do which is a cousin style to Tae Kwan Do.
I do want to chime in and ask about  schools as well. I'm looking into Aikido and wanted see what shools are reccommended in the East Valley.
