I suppose so? I was just looking at a empty bottle and it was spelled absente. Its the neon green antifreeze looking stuff.

From my understanding it is illegal in all states. Although since it was legalized in Europe it can now be ordered online and shipped anywhere in the world (not that it would be legal to ship it here, but I've heard it's commonly done). Expect to pay a premium ($50-$250) and be willing to wait at least a month shipping time. You know, that's what I've heard anyways...

My friend would always get it from another friend and said he paid 40-50 bucks for it. On the bottle I have it says imported by some NJ company.
