Hmm. Looks like I've got my choice of 2 different ones, they're both $120. The fine would be $155 (0-19mph over) and would increase my insurance cost.
Either class is only 4.5 hours, I can handle it I guess. |

Check to see if Az is allowing online Drivers safety courses yet. Had a "buddy" get a speed tix in Ca, and got to sit online all day taking a virtual class.

some of the most fun class time in my life has been spent in traffic school. just sit in back, where the rest of the deweys hang out- theyre more fun than the rest.

Someone was telling me you can take traffic school on-line now, from home. Don't know if it's true though. Would be worth checking into. Would be real coo,l to sit at home, get drunk and take traffic school. While also surfing ARFCOM. |

Traffic school SUCKS ASS! It's not worth your time. You pay 120, you lose your time too, so figger your earnings ability for that time. They NO LONGER LET you out early if you get the shit covered ahead of schedule.
I always pay the ticket. My insurance has never been raised. I've done this twice in the last 6 years. If you get a ticket every year you might think of going to school, otherwise you'll wish you had just paid the fucking ticket. |

The cheapest rates in this area that I found were from SAFECO. Less than 1/2 of Progressive's rate. Mike |

Thanks. It was on Dobson and Willis, where they've got the temporary 25 MPH signs. Be careful there, I was driving a "reasonable" speed and didn't even see the officer until he was pulling out of the shadows after me. |

DUH! You're better off paying the ticket. I've never had my Ins rates hiked due to just paying the ticket. |

Nah. He told me what I did wrong, I accepted my ticket with no excused or apologies, and he said have a nice day. It still sucked, but I was speeding and he was doing his job (I normally don't speed at all, it was the temporary 25mph signs that got me). [of course it wasn't on the way home from a karaoke bar either] |

DAMMIT!!! Am I the only person who got that???? Treetop...sorry 'bout the ticket...I am just waiting for one myself as they have construction surrounding my entire neighborhood. I've almost ran over the sign jockeys about five times whilst sleeping on the drive home. |
