There is a big debate of when the AWB actually expires. The newest consensus is that it is 12:00 AM on the 13th. The clock on awbansunset.com also is set for this. Come Monday we are ban free.
There is also a Crossroads show Saturday and Sunday the 11th and 12th. Wonder if we'll see any preban stuff. |

Yeah, I got back Saturday about 8 hours after the subgun match at Usery Pass. I always had perfect timing.  I didn't go to Laos. I was in Thailand and China. I can honestly say after standing on the Great Wall of China, "what's so freakin great about it"? And they should have left the Forbidden City forbidden. I was not impressed. Interesting sideline, our tourguide in Beijing spoke excellent English. So I asked him how he learned. He said in University - Police University where he had been educated to be a spy. Hmm, tourguide, spy, all the same I guess.  Jim |

Because the big cook-out/gunsmitery party on September 14 falls on a Tuesday in the middle of the week, we are considering a follow-on weekend party the following Friday night at the Winston Wolf clubhouse. Bring your new warez (unloaded please). Show off your new toys, do some photos maybe, shoot some pool, drink some beers, smoke cigars and BS. … One more capital reason to celebrated the dying of the AWB. Any interest? |
