I'm in north Phoenix (32 and Cactus) by the way.  I'm going to call around tomorrow, but I'd like some input here.  Also, would these places give a fair amount on a trade in.  I will need to trade my SA 1911 mil-spec compact.

Downgrade?  Are you serious?  I love the 1911 design, but I've always wanted a Sig, ever since shooting one years ago.  I figure I'll pick up a nice Kimber down the road when I start working for real money, but I see it as a lateral shift at least.

Btw, I did find a good deal here in town today and will have the Sig early next week at latest.
