The company I work for is currently hiring and figured I'd pass the word on incase anyone is looking for steady work in a climate controlled environment. Monday - Friday with some OT as needed.

3 entry level machine operator positions with room to grow. Will train in-house. 1st shift. Starting pay $17/Hr
2 machine operator positions - some machine (any) experience preferred. 1st shift. Starting pay $18.50/Hr
1 Team Lead position. Would be in charge of the shift and also run machines. Management/Leadership experience required. 2nd shift. Starting pay $27/Hr plus shift premium.

Full benefit packages including medical, dental, vison and 401k plus company match.

Clean, safe work environment, climate controlled ~70 degrees year-round. Relaxed atmosphere - radios allowed at work stations if played at a reasonable levels.

what experience is required.

my daughter's 18 and about to finish high school.  she was doing the dental thing but quit.

It’s entry level so no experience required and we provide on the job training. Any sort of machine experience is helpful though. Being able to read a tape measure and measuring devices down to the thousands will be part of the job. Attention to detail and quality is key. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively though-out the shift will also be required. Not that it will be on a continuous basis but material must be loaded into and out of the machine by hand. Lift tables are provided at each work station so there’s no bending over. Safety is our number one priority so there’s always team members around to assist in lifting anything too large for one person to handle. Overhead cranes are also used when necessary.
