Is anybody getting hit yet?  I'm in Delaware Co outside of Columbus.  So far it's been snowing but not accumulating.  I can still see the grass in some parts of the yard.

Got about 4" here in Centerville, but it seems to be slacking off a bit. The most interesting thing was earlier when it was snowing pretty hard, we had thunder and lighting.

Just west of Mt Vernon here.

5 inches and starting to taper off.  Drifting is bad in places.  Friends in Mansfield area say it is is hell.

Must have been around 1977.  We lived on Southampton.  Only lived there a couple of years before moving back to the Cleveland area.

ETA: Nine inches of snow on the ground now here just south east of Cleveland.

I ended up with 3-4 inches or so as of 5pm.    I decided to clean the driveway off before it got dark.  It's snowing again but I don't expect much.  When I went to get dinner the roads were sloppy but not too bad.

Maybe 8" in Madison county, most of it blown away and drifting.  Just enough teaser to make sure the snow equipment is up to snuff this year.  I may push it tomorrow, may not.  Watching the Cbus 'news' this evening you would swear the pope was under all that snow, all they talked about.

You got it! Sounds like you and I are made from the same cloth my friend. I turn into a 16 year old driving RWD for the first time in the snow, every time it snows.

10 years ago the weatherman would have mentioned we are getting some snow that might reach 6-8" in most areas a little more on the higher ground as part of his usual 5 min segment and be done with it.  But in today's age everything has to be overhyped or the viewing populous might get bored.

No kidding....wondering if I can return the 18 gallons of milk and 47 loaves of bread we bought to make it through the storm.

Local news stated 0.6" accumulation for our area followed up by lame excuses why there was not as much as expected. The funniest one I heard was "the wind really kept the accumulation down from this storm"

Yeah, I didn't know 4-6 inches of snow with some wind was a BLIZZARD!!!! RUN FOR SHELTER!

I will say, I did put the F350 in 4x4 for the first time in the snow though. I thought I could cross over a ~20 foot long drift that was a few feet high in 2wd, made if half way before she started spinning. Engaged 4x4, climbed right out

Well, that was sure a disappointment. Kinda hard to tell by the way the wind blew it around, I'd say maybe a foot.
