I typically hunt back in my home state of WV, but this season it's going to be difficult to make that happen. I haven't been in Ohio very long and don't know any landowners in my AO, so I'm interested in public hunting areas not too far from Centerville. I've heard of  Sycamore State Park in Trotwood, but not much else.

Can anyone recommend any areas that don't have more hunters than deer? Is there such an area?

Thanks

Can't say that I know the deer to hunter ratio, but there are a few close by.  Look here.

For gun season, there isn't such a place. For bow, check out Ceasar Creek.

That's what I'm afraid of. I'm in WV today on the family farm, but it's likely the only day I'll be able get over here.
