A woman opened fire on her ex-boyfriend after he broke into her home early Wednesday morning.




It happened around 7:15AM on Grand Boulevard.




Police say the man broke in through the back door and confronted his ex-girlfriend.




The woman shot him once in the face with a handgun, and then called 911 for help.
