January thru June 2007, up 19 % from same period last year.
May 2007, up 28 % June 2007, up 29 % These are huge gains for the industry.

Doesn't seem to be a trend that will sustain. I don't know about nationally, but it seems like everyone I know is buying less, selling, or slowing down.
I suppose it's good that the industry's going strong, but for me it's like having $10,000 Corvettes and $200 a gallon gasoline. Kind of cancels out the good when you can't enjoy what you have. |
