Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone know the number for tonys uppers?

I bought an upper from him at a gun show about a year ago.  Its been a comedy of errors since then.  It wouldnt run from the get go.  He was at a recent show and I had him "fix" it.  It ran for about 2 mags and now it doesnt, again.  I asked him to put a card in the bag but if he did I cant find it.
