Finally picked up my shorty Saiga yesterday.  I bought this gun in January, or maybe December.  The Form 3 was sent in back in February.  Seems like this has been one of my longest transfers.
I think I got lost in the shuffle of the move to WVA.
Anyway, I can't wait to try it out.  Should have a chance tomorrow hopefully.
This is my first SBS.  I had been kicking around ideas for a shorty shotty with a higher round capacity.  I just don't like the idea of facing a Zombie attack with only two or three rounds, you know?
So, when I saw the Tromix Saiga with a detachable box mag I knew I had found my gun.

What's that you say?  This thread is worthless without pictures?  I know, I know.  Tonight when I get home I plan to post a picture.  I figured I had to wait over six months to get the gun, you guys can suffer for a few hours waiting for a picture.

Thanks to Tony at Tromix for a fine-looking, and I'm sure it will be fine-shooting, shotgun; and thanks to Todd at Ohio Rapid Fire for another smooth, hassle-free transfer.

Preemptive "I hate you" before the pix arrive.

JohnnyMcEldoo shares my sentiments, I'm sure.

Awsome man. That will be a cool zombie gun for sure. I still have 5 5rounders left since I might get another one one of these days. Tony makes some neat stuff.

Sorry to take so long.  I just got home.  So here she is...

Sometimes, rarely, but sometimes, shorter is better.

Im still partial to the Mceldoo cranium busting flash hider. Ive still got a galil style hand gaurd left that would look good on that shotty

Yes, your flash hider was one bad mutha.
I think you're right about the Galil hand guard too.
I'm curious to see just how fast this thing is.

Girth is always a factor too.  The 12 has plenty of it.

We can do anything in Indiana except SBS, this is the "fun gun" I wanted to have.  If it will cycle with low recoil rounds like the Federal stuff this gun will be so low recoil too.

Very nice Randy. What types of food does she like? Can you shoot slugs too?

Didn't I hear you mention shotguns in your email to me? (NOTE: plural items)

She loves 3" magnums, but I'm not so crazy about them!  Ouch.
It won't cycle light loads as is, I need to change the gas setting.
I haven't tried that yet, but it is easy enough to do.  Slugs should be fine.
I did say shotguns didn't I?
It isn't quite as sexy as the Saiga, but here it is...

I'm sure we could work out some kind of a trade... I'm thinking classic, drum-fed, walnut and blued steel, all-American subgun icon. oh yeah.
